      THIS INDENTURE made this 26th February 1682/3 in the five and Thirtyeth yeare of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord Charles the Second between JAMES ATTWOOD of the County of Middlesex Planter of the one part and GEORGE GUEST of the said County of the other part Wittnesseth that the said James Attwood for the sume of Two thouand five hundred pounds of good Merchantable Sweet seated Tobacco and Caske hath granted unto the said George Guest his heires forever, a parcel! of land being part of Seaven hundred acres of land granted to said James Attwood by Patente in Middlesex County aforesd bounded on the two Islands that lye in the Swampe adjoyning on THOMAS WOODs line and on the lower part of THOMAS CORDWELLs side line, and down the runn of Thomas Cordwells Spring Branch to the maine runn of the Dragon Swamp conteynes Eighty acres of land
