      AUGUSTINE HIGGINS came into Court and made Oath that JOHN HIGGINS, his deceased Father, departed this life without makeing any Will soe farr as he knows or believes and on his Petition, GEORGE ESKRIDGE and JOSEPH BAYLEY, Gent., and Mr. ROBERT VAULX assumeing in Court to be security for AUGUSTINE HIGGINS for his due administration, Certifycate is granted him for obtaining Letters of Administration in due form and it is ordered he return an Inventory ofthe Estate to the next Court upon Oath.       Upon the motion ofELIZABETH HIGGINS, Relict of Mr. JOHN HIGGINS, deced., it is ordered that Mr. THOMAS ARRINGTON, Mr. LAWRENCE POPE and Mr. ROBERT VAULX doe divide all and singular the personall Estate ofJOHN HIGGINS as Negroes, stock, household goods &c. into three equall parts or portions on the first Munday in Aprill next and that the persons now possesst with any part of the Negroes doe cause them to be at the House ofJOHN HIGGINS on the said day in order to their being divided and that for the ease and more exact division of the other personall Estate the persons before nominated are hereby required to perform the same by the Inventory ofthe Estate and that if they soe cause they withdraw soe much from the parts of ofthose persons already possessed of part thereof as to them shall seem requisite and necessary for the separateing the same into three equall parts and that imediately after such division ELIZABETH be possessed ofher part thereof according to Law; And it is further ordered that imediately after such division, the remaineing parts ofthe Negroes be suffered to return to their present Masters without the lett or molestation

The defendants by Simon Robins their attorney, pleaded that they had fully administred of Jno. Minor's estate, whereupon the suite is dismist.
