      CHARNOCK COX was summoned to appeare at this Court to shew cause why Execution should not issue against him for the surne of two hundred ninety one pounds of tobacco debt and one hundred two pounds oftobacco costs ofsuite, and also for one thousand five hundred wight pounds Nailes and one thousand six penny Nailes recovered against him by JAMES BOURN and SIMON LYNN, Executors of SIMON ROBINS, deceased, at a Court held for the sd County the 29th day ofMarch 1704, And for that the sd COX did not appeare and say any thing in barr of the same the aforesaid Judgment is renewed for the debt and costs and all contingent costs thereon accrueing, And ordered that Execution do issue thereon accordingly

      John FOXHALL of Washington Parish, to Charles SMITH of Cople Parish, 200 acres in forest of Nominee now in occ of Chas and Henry ASBERRY or one of them, and bounded with lands of Mr. James HARDWICK, Richard WHITE, Thomas ROBINSON and Eliz BROADHURST part of patent acres 1666 by Sir Wm. Berkley unto Henry DURENT (DURRENT) which was assigned unto Wm. HARRIS and by HARRIS unto John FOXHALL, Jr., and 100 acres in Nominee Forrest bounded with land now of Wm. CARR, James HARDWICK, Henry KIRK and John DOWSETT, part of 400 gr unto Andrew REED, 200 acres whereof sold by REED to John WILLIS, 100 acres of which sold by WILLIS to Phillip WHITE and by WHITE to John FOXHALL, decd, father of sd. John FOXHALL.

      The will of William Rust, Westmoreland Co, Virginia, Nov 29, 1699, contains only the first paragraph. The court record reads, in part:
      "The last Will and Testament of Wm Rust decd was this day produced in Court and Jno Tanner & Simon Robins severally deposed that they see the said Wm Rust Signe Seale and declare the same to bee his last Will & Testam't and that hee was of perfect sence & memory at the same tyme to the best of their Judm's. A probate was grtd Sam'll & George Rust Executors therin named and the Will ordered to be Recorded."

      OWEN BRINNIN, late Servant to JAMES BOURN, one of the Executors of SIMON ROBINS, deceased, by his Petition to thisCourt setting forth that hee was free and also that his late Master, SIMON ROBINS, by his Last Will did give him a Legacy, to witt, one good decent suite of apparell at the expiration ofhis tyme and his two razors and hone and praying Order for the same, JAMES BOURN alledging reasons which appeared to this Court for the same, it is ordered that OWEN BRINNIN doe return home to his Master's House and serve him four dayes from this tyme and that JAMES BOURN do then absolutely discharge from all manner ofservice due by any pretence of right whatsoever and then doe and deliver to him his suite ofapparell and razors and hone aforesaid as also his Corn, money or goods and Muskett according to Law, to witt, ten bushells of Indian Corn, thirty shillings in money or the value thereofin goods, one well :fixt Muskett ofthe value oftwenty shillings at the least with his costs in this behalf als execution

      JAMES BURNE and SIMON LINN Executors of SYMON [sic] ROBINS deceased Scire facias against WILLIAM PAINE and SUSANNAH his wife Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of JOHN HURST deceased for Two hundred and Fifty pounds of Tobacco together with sixty one pounds of Tobacco and Costs Obtained against the said deceased HURST by a Judgment Dated the twenty third of Feb. One thousand seven hundred and Four and nothing appearing to the Contrary but that the same is still due and unpaid the said Judgment is hereby renewed And Ordered that the said WILLIAM PAYNE and SUSANNAH his wife Executrix as aforesaid pay the said sum of Two hundred and Fifty pounds of Tobacco together with the former and present Costs out of the said Deceased HURST's Estate unto the said JAMES BURNE and SIMON LINN Executors as aforesaid Alias Execution.
