      130-131. Thomas Jones recorded lease 5 June 1770, made 5 May 1770, between Sarah Jones,
      widow of William Jones, in consideration of rents and services herein, hath demised to the said
      Thomas Jones, tract called Beggars Benison, the property of the late William Jones, deceased, that
      part lying on the south and south east side of the waters attending the dam, with full and free liberty
      of building a dwelling house on the opposite side of the aforesaid waters, and with like liberty of
      making convenient roads to and from the aforesaid dwelling house, together with the saw mill, trade
      mill, tenements ofwhatever kind belonging to the land, to hold for the term of 10 years from hereof,
      yielding and paying yearly on the 4th May to the said Sarah Jones, the sum of 12.10 Pennsylvania;
      and wintering for the said Sarah Jones, one horse, one mare and one cow, yearly and every year
