Davis Administrator of Hezekiah Fairfax deceased, and Thompson Fairfax, Plaintiffs, against Margaret Fairfax widow and relic of Hezekiah Fairfax deceased, Robert West and Henrietta his wife, William Ashford and Sally his wife, William Fairfax, Matthew Davis and Molly his wife, Warner Davis and Catherine his wife, Hezekiah Fairfax, Sanford Fairfax, French L. Simpson and Patsey his wife, Susan Fairfax, Minor Fairfax, Hezekiah Reeves and Liddy his wife, Polly Crouch, Bernard Crouch and Hezekiah Crouch, Defendents In CHANCERY The defendants Robert West and Henrietta his wife, French L. Simpson and Patsey his wife, and Bernard Crouch not having entered their appearance and given security according to the act of Assembly and the rules of this Court, and it appearing by satisfactory evidence that they are not inhabitants of this commonwealth - It is ordered, that the said defendants appear here on the first day of the next term and answer the bill of the Plaintiffs; and that a copy of this order be forthwith inserted in some newspaper published in the town of Warrenton, for two month successively and posted at the front door of the Court house of this County.
