      W:522-523 William Beckwith recorded 21 March 1776, from Leonard Belt and Rebecca his wife for 400, tract called Dan, beginning at 6th line of tract formerly conveyed to William Dent. Metes and bounds given for 191 acres, except for one piece out of above sold to Benjamin Gittings for 25 acres, and one piece sold to William Coxon for 25 acres; being conveyed to them by Rebecca Brooke.
