      Jul 25, 1741 from George Biggs of Charles County, to James Thomas of Charles County, for 37 £sterling, and for divers other good causes, part of a tract of land in PG called Beale, lying on a creek formerly called Frodsham Cr but now called Swanson Cr, bounded by the main north branch of sd Cr, containing and now laid out for about 74 acres. Signed - George Biggs, Mary (MB her mark) Biggs. Wit - Js Wilson*, Hen: Truman*. This deed was acknowledged by sd George Biggs and Mary, his wife. Recorded Aug 18, 1741.

      Indenture made July 16, 1781; Benjamin Estep and Leonard Litchworth executors of the last will and testament of George Biggs in consideration of 501 pound current money of Maryland paid by Mary Biggs, Ann Biggs and Priscilla Biggs as also for diverse other good causes and considerations thereunto moving has sold unto them a tract called "Beale" containing 200 acres, and lying on Frodsham Creek but now known as Swanson Creek, which land was purchased by George Biggs from Robert Bradley as by deed bearing date August 27, 1740 excepting 77 acres which George Biggs sold to James Thomas. Beginning at a oak a boundary of land formerly belonging to Robert Dove.
