      -after widow's decease to have 76 acres of land deeded to testator by William Weeden called "Ridgway" and now no name lying on Fradsham Creek --also known as Swanson Creek. whereon his grandfather Henry Grear formerly lived
      -Allen and Levin to have all the remainder of the estate willed to testator by the heirs of Annanias Greear, deceased and to be divided equally between them
      2. Levin Broughton Brightwell --son -to have Negro woman "Pat" -to have 1 feather bed and furn.
      3. Mary Brightwell --daughter (alias Greear) -to have 1 feather bed and furn.
      -should testator's son Allen die w/out heirs, then to have all the land devised to him
      4. Rebecca Brightwell --daughter
      -to have 1 feather bed and furn
