      The Will of JOHN HAYWARD. I John Hayward being sick .. give and bequeath to my son JOHN HAYWARD all my lands & livings which doth belong unto me at the age of 18 but if he the said John Hayward doth die without issue then the said lands and livings shall return to my beloved wife ELEANOR HAYWARD and her disposal.
      I have left 100 acres of land unto WM. FIELDS daughters MARGARET & PRISCILLA for during their natural lives.
      I have left 50 acres to RICHARD JONES for three lives Richard, ELIZABETH and CHAS. JONES during their natural lives,
      I have left one half of my own dwelling plantation unto HUGH McCULLAUGH Churgeon .. and I do appoint my trusty true & well beloved friends Wm. Fields & Hugh McCullough my Excrs .. this 15th day November 1701. Presence Hugh McCullough, John x Hayward
