      to wife, Elizabeth, Extx., and heirs, 300 acres "Walton" being part of tract of 500 acres near branch of the Potomac River, and to have use of dwelling plantation during her natural life.
      to 2nd son, Robert and heirs, part of land where I now live.
      to daugther, Mary and heirs, 50 acres, part of land aforesaid, provided it not be sold by Executrix within 12 months.
      to eldest son, William and heirs, residue of land and dwelling plantation.
      Testator desires transfer made to Edward Ball of plantation on which said Ball now lives, also 24 acres to be transferred to Michael Askews.
