      At the request of Coll Thomas Addison the within Deed was Enrolled Janry the Seventeenth Seventeen hundred and twenty
      This Indenture made the thirteenth day of August in the
      year of our Lord God One thousand Seven hundred and twenty
      Between Ignatius Hagan and Rebecca his wife Daughter
      of Major John Lowe late of St. Marys County Deced of the one
      part And Thomas Addison of Prince Georges County all of the
      Province of Maryland of the other part Witnesseth That
      Major John Lowe late of St. Marys County deceased Did
      by his last will bequeath to his Said Daughter Rebecca a
      tract of land formerly Surveyed for Mr. William Hutchison
      late of Prince Georges County called the Garden Surveyed for
      One hundred fifty and five acres of land Said to lye in Charles
      County But now by the Divison of the Countys in Prince Georges
      County As by the Pattent of the Said land may more at large
      appear Now this Indenture further Witnesseth That the Said
      Ignatius Hagan and the Said Rebecca Hagan his wife for and
      in consideration of the Sume of Thirty pounds Sterl to them in
      hand paid at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
      presents the receipt whereof they Doe hereby acknowledge
      and themselves to be therewith fully contented and paid and
      thereof Doe fully and thereby acquit and discharge the Said
      Thomas Addison his Heirs and assigne Have Given Granted
      Aliened Assigned transferred enfeoffed and confirmed and by
      these presents Doe clearly and absolutely Give Grand alien assign
      transferr enfeoffe and confirm unto the Said Thomas Addison
      his Heirs and assigns for ever All that tract of land called
      the Garden lyeing now in Prince Georges County But was
      formerly in Charles County as by the Pattent;

      tract comes in line with the tract called Brothers Joint Interest
      which is near the land of Philip Lynes called Hopewell.]
