      344-346. Henry Watson, planter, recorded 31 Oct. 1765, made 20 Oct. 1765, between William Beckwith son of William Beckwith deceased of FC, for 75 Pennsylvania currency, and also five shillings, tract being part oftwo tracts ofland called Magruder's Hazzard and the other Paradise; now known by the name of Watson's Purchase, M&B between the two main branches of Rock Creek, containing 150 acres. Signed William Beckwith before David Lynn, Kinsey Gittings. Receipt, ack.
      Lucy the wife of the said Beckwith released dower. Henry Watson paid 6 shillings alienation fine.

John Wilcoxon recorded deed 27 July 1775, from Benjamin Harris for 125, part of the Hermitage, adjacent to south line of Winexburgh, to parcel laid out for Henry Watson, now in the possession of Benedict Calvert, then to lands of James Sayer, now in possession of Thomas Cramphin, then to Benjamin Perry's land. 116 acres. Sarah Harris released dower rights.
