BERNARD (whoe married with the Relict of LEWIS BURWELL, Gent_ deced.), the summe of 866 lb. of tobco by Judgemt., Bill and Accot., for wch: the sd, EARLE was arrested unto this Court but failed in his appeareance: It is therefore ordered that if Mr. CHARLES ASHTON, Sherr: of this County, doe not bring forth the body of the sd. JNO: EARLE to the next Court or soe much goods as shall satisfye the pr:misses, then Order shall passe agt. the sd. Sherr: for the sd. summe of 866 lb, of tobco: with forbearance & costs of suit; And alsoe 30 lb, of tobco: to the use of the Comrs.t
