      Three indentures of bargain and sale: On 6 Jul 1685 for 100 acres of land part of Esington; the second on 13 Jun 1688 for 36 acres part of Cattaik Meddows; the third for 20 acres of Esington all made between the late Robert Anderson of Prince George's County, father of John Anderson, and the late Joseph Williams of Anne Arundel County, father of James Williams; these "shall be cancelled, defaced, and utterly made voyd by these presents" and for "a valuable consideration" paid, James Williams will receive a tract of land called James Lott part of Esington in Prince George's County; bounded by Rouleing Road, near John Boyd's road, to John Boyd's School, to Cattails Marsh on the west side of Rouleing Road; to land of Abraham Clark called Esington; for 156 acres of land
