      To: IGNATIUS CRAYCROFT of P. G. County, gent. Price: 150 pounds sterling
      Property: A 200 acre tract called "Acquascat" on the west side of Patuxent River; bounding on land of ROBERT BROOKE, Esq., and two branches called Canadoyes and Cornelius. This tract was conveyed by ALLEXANDER WATTS, planter, to JAMES BERRY, 10 July 1654, then to WILLIAM and NERMIAH BERRY, from them to JOHN GREAR, from his heirs to JOHN GALWITH and from him and JANE his wife to the said WILLIAM TURNAR.
