      I, Hezekiah Dent of CC enjoying my usual reason and understanding, though weak and indisposed in body
      To wife Martha the use of the land I hold during widowhood called Dents Palace, part by tract of Simpkin Coat Back and part by that of Cooksey's Duck Pond. But if she should mary, I give her 1/3 part of the above lands. Also negros, Samuel, Mary, Esther and a girl Monica.
