      ROBINS, ALEXANDER, 16 February, 1683; 16 April, 1684.
      To daughters Rebecca, Eliza, Judith and Ann Robins 650 acres of land on the branches of Gilson and Hodgkins Creeks viz. to my eldest daughter Rebecca 200 acres; to daughter Elizabeth 150 acres; to daughter Judith 150 acres ; to daughter Ann 150 acres which makes the sum of 650 as by Pattent will appear but if all or any of my daughters die without lawful issue then to go to my son Alexander.
      To son Alexander land I bought of Wm Berry containing 133 acres. All my cattle to be divided between my wife and children share and share alike.
      To daughter Rebecca two pewter dishes that were her grandmother's.
      To wife all household stuff goods and chattles and all moveables.
      To John Cook my wife's son my wearing apparel my Kane with the silver head.
      To daughter Rebecca one silver sack cup.
      To son Alexander my great gold ring and set of silver buttons.
      To daughter Rebecca my silver seal.
      To daughter Elizabeth one gold ring.
      To son Alexander one pair of breeches buttons of silver.
      To John Cook my gun that I had of James Black.
      To son Alexander my left handed gun my horse and horse cloth to be sold to pay my debts. My son to be kept at school the charge to be defrayed by the increase of my cattle.

      KNOW ALL MEN by these Ants that I ALEX: ROBINS & JUDE my Wife doe hereby sell convey & firmely make over from us or:selves a certain pcell of land containeing One hundred & fifty acres be it more or less it being the land by me purchased of ROBT. BEDWELL unto PETER ELIS his heires & assignes forever the same to have hould & possess to his or their proper use Or behoofe forever and wee the sd ALEXR & JUDE doe hereby acknowledge this or: Deed to be or: free volluntary act for and in consideration of Two thousand foure hundred pounds of good and well conditioned Tobo and Caske in hand to us pd the Receipt we doe hereby acknowledge and or:selves to be fully sattisfied and paid therewith and wee doe hereby bind or:selves or: heires to make good and sure the same to the said ELIS his heires wth warranty of all and every parte & parcel thereof with all its rights and Privillidges thereunto belonging in as full and ample manner to all intents & purposes as it was give and graunted to me by the aforesd ROBT. BEDWELL my true and lawfull Attrny for me and in my behalfe to acknowledge in open Cort. my right and title of a pcell of land containing one hundred acres being sould by us by conveighance beareing date the first day of May 1671 alsoe I doe bind me my heires to be conformable & agreeable unto what my said Atturney shall doe in this case. In Witness I have sett my hand and seale this second day of May 1671
