      In the Name of God Amen. I WILLIAM KELLY of County of Culpeper & parish of St. Marks being sick and weak .. of perfect sence & memory do make this my last will & Testament
      I give and bequeath my Soul to my Blessed Maker who gave it me .. and my body to be bury'd.
      1st Item my desire is that my Funeral and just debts first be paid.
      2d I give to my well beloved friend JOHN BARROW my whole Estate real and personal Except the legacies hereinafter mentioned.
      3d I give my worthy friend ROBT. GREEN my young grey mare. And lastly I do appoint my well beloved friends John Barrow and Robt. Green Excrs. of this my last Will and Testament ..
      Witness my hand this 9th day of May 1760.

      At a Court held for County of Culpeper on Thursday the 19th of June 1760
      This last Will and Testament of William Kelly was Exhibited to the Court by Robert Green Gent. one of the Exors therein named & was proved by the oath of William Lightfoot & Joseph Norman witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded, tne said Executor at the same time refused to take upon himself the burthen of the Executon thereof.
      And at a Court held for the County of Culpeper on Thursday the 16th of October 1760
      On the motion of John Barrow one of the Executors in the Will mentioned Certificate is granted him for obtaining a Probat thereof who have sworn to the same & given bond & security according to
      Law.
