      - Whereas there was an Attachmt, awarded agt. the Estate of JNO: WASHINGTON, deced., in this County for the paymt. of 505 lb. of tobacco & caske unto Mr, FRANCIS CLAY the same appeareing to bee due to the sd. CLAY by Bill from the sd. WASHINGTON; And the Sherriffe haveing returned the sd Attachmt. over ( ) in the hands of WM: GREENSTED upon the Estate of the said WASHINGTON in his possession; It is therefore ordered that the sd. GREENSTED shall forthwith make paymt, of the said summe of 505 lb. of tobco and caske unto the said Mr. CLAY out of the Estate of the sd. WASHINGTON
