Peter Hack for the use and behalf of Joseph and Wm. Ball, sons of sd. Mary Lowry late widow and relict of Joseph Ball, decd.

Executors of the Last Will and Testament of the said MOTTROM for their detaining from the aforesaid JOSEPH and MARY their Rateable part of the said deceased Estate It is Ordered the Sheriff of this County or his deputy Summon the said Col. HACK and Mr. CANTANCEAU to the next Court to Answer the said Complaint.
