      Indenture 29th/30th June 1726 between SAMUEL HOYLE of Hanover Parish King George County Planter and SAMUEL SKINKER Gent of same .. by deeds of Lease and Release .. for one hundred pounds of lawful money of England sold 119 acres part of a Patent of 600 acres taken up by CHARLES GRYMES on the 4th September 1654 who by his Last Will and Testament bequeathed half of the Patent to his Daughter in Law ANN COBHAM which said ANN intermarried with a certain EDWARD HOYLE by whom she had issue the above named SAMUEL HOYLE said land bounded .. beginning at mouth of small branch in Rappa: River; corner of a Tobacco house; near Cattail Swamp ..
