      To wife Elizabeth and dau. Elizabeth, exs., personal estate equally. Exs. empowered to offer for sale lands mortgaged by Mrs. Mary Woodward and Mrs. Elizabeth Ginn, co-heirs of Amos Garrett, of Annapolis, dec'd. Testator desires that wife and dau. afsd. shall live together in dwelling until one of them marries a man who hath a better freehold, then to remove and leave the other in poss.
      To dau. Elizabeth and hrs., 855 A. "Larkin's Hills" and certain personalty in lieu of gifts made unto sd. dau. by Madm. Mary Hemsly and Mrs. Wotton. John Gresham having in his hands an assignment of warrant for tract called "Ferry Point," having rec'd 12 for same, wife Elizabeth is empowered to demand return thereof, and when recovered to enjoy same during her life.
