      - Order of Administration is granted to MARY MINTHORN upon the Estate of her deceased Husband. CHARLES MINTHORN, she giving in security
      - MARY MINTHORN together with JOSHUA DAVIS and ALEXANDER SPENCE do acknowledge themselves indebted to the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of this County in the just sum of Twenty thousand pounds of good tobacco to be paid &c., in case the said MARY shall not duly administer the Estate of her deced. Husband. CHARLES MIN'THORN. and that not render an account thereof and surrender up the same unto whom it shall properly belong when thereunto lawfully required
      - Ordered that EDW ARD TAYLOR, THOMAS ARNOLD, THOMAS GRIMSLEY SENR. or any two of them sometime between this and the next Court held for this County do meet at the House of CHARLES MINTHORN deceased and then and there Inventory & appraise all and singular the Estate of the said deceased as the same shall be presented to their view and make report of their proceedings therein to the next Court held for this County. Mr FRANCIS THORNTON is requested to administer the Oath for the said Appraisers for their true appraismt. as also to the Admrx. for her discovery of the sd Estate
