      WILL OF ALLEN WALLER OF STAFFORD COUNTY
      In the name of God Amen. I Allen Waller of the County of Stafford
      and Parish of Overwharton, knowing the uncertainty of human life, do make
      and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form as
      follows. Item: My will and desire is, that my Mother have all my estate
      both real and personal during her natural life, and after her decease to
      be equally divided (after my Just debts is paid and five pounds as a
      legacy to Mary Waller Norman) between my two sisters Barsheba and Jenny
      Waller and my niece Peggy Waller. In witness hereof I have set my hand
      and seal this 23d February 1776.

      Allen Waller's will was then proved by the witnesses thereto and
      ordered to be certified.

      With the papers and will of Richard Morton was a Power of Attorney from
      several Morton's to George Waller of Stafford County to act for them in
      securing a certain land warrant for 2666 2/3 acres due to Allen Waller
      for military services. (Allen was apparently killed in the military)
      On June 15 1822 military certificates nos. 6503 and 6504 were issued to
      the heirs.
      Allen was in the 15th Virginia, Continental Army
