      JOHN WASHINGTON, Eldest Son of LAWRENCE WASHINGTON, Gent., late of this County, deced., and Legatee of FRANCES BUTLER LISSON, late of this County, deced. by his Petition to this Court setts forth that FRANCES by her Last Will and Testament did give her personall Estate to be divided between the Petitioner and his Brother and Sister and appointed LAWRENCE WASHINGTON, Executor ofher Will; And by his Petition further prayed that JOHN WASHINGTON, Surviveing Executor of LAWRENCE WASHINGTON, might be compelled to pay and deliver to
