      i. Elizabeth SLAUGHTER was born ABT 1680. She married John UNDERWOOD ABT 1700, son of William UNDERWOOD and Mary BUTLER. He was born BEF 1679, and died BEF 5 APR 1723 in King George County, Virginia.
      ii. Martha SLAUGHTER was born ABT 1682.
      iii. Robert SLAUGHTER was born ABT 1680, and died 1725. He married Frances Anne JONES ABT 1700, daughter of Cadwallader JONES. She was born ABT 1680.

      THIS INDENTURE made the Second day of April 1679 And in the One and Thirtieth yeare of the Reigne of or: Soveraigne Lord Charles the Second &c. Betweene FRANCIS SLAUGHTER of the Parish of Sittingburne in the County of Rappae: Plantr, and MARGARETT his Wife of the one part and SAMLL. PEACHY of the Parish of Farnham and County of Rappae: aforesaid, Plantr., of the other part Witnesseth that the said FRANCIS SLAUGHTER & MARGARETT his Wife in consideration of Six thousand pounds of Merchantable tobacco in Cask paid or secured to be paid have sold unto said SAMLL: PEACHY his heires and assignes all that tract of land being betweene the plantation late in the occupation of Mr. GILES CALE deced and WILLIAM SLAUGHTER on the North side of and adjoyning to the River of Rappae: in the County aforesaid, conteyning Two hundred & Fifty acres and all houses orchards buildings standing or being upon the said land; Alsoe all woods Timber and trees & all other profits belonging now in the tenure of the said SAMLL. PEACHY; Likewise all Deeds and Evidences concerning the prmises; To have & to hold unto said SAMLL. PEACHY his heires and assignes forever; and the said FRANCIS SLAUGHTER and MARGARET his Wife for more sure confirmation of this present Deed of Bargain and Sale doe hereby nominate and appoint Mr. GEORGE JONES their true and lawful! Attorney to appeare and acknowledge the same before the worfull: his Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Rappae: in as full manner as they themselves might doe in person. FRANKLIN of County of Rappa. in the Parish of Sittenburn do for a valuable consideration in hand reced give grant sell and by these presents for me my heirs confirm unto JOHN HACKLEY of County and Parish aforesaid his heirs a parcell of land by estimation Seventy acres more or less being in County of Rappa. and Parish of Sittenburn on the South side of the River and OCCUPACON RUN beginning at a red Oake being a corner tree of EDWARD MOSELEYs, thence South by a line of marked trees of ED. MOSELEY to a Pok Hickory by a branch side, thence down the Branch to a Spanish Oake on the West side of the Branch, thence Westerly crossing the Ridge by a line of marked trees to a white Oake by a small Branch, thence down the branch to OCCUPACON RUN, thence by and upon the Run to
      the red Oake first mentioned the said parcell of land with all its rights and priviledges To have and to hold from me the sd NICHOLAS FRANKLIN my heirs to him the said JOHN HACKLEY his heirs in as large and ample manner to all effects as may be collected out of the Patent without the hindrance or interruption of me the sd NICHO.
