      Sons Thomas, George, John, William, James, Peter, and Willoughby Harrison all my lands and personal property.

      WILL OF GEORGE HARRISON, dated 2 Oct 1713:
      All my land to my sonns Thomas, George, John, William, James, Peter and Willoughby and their heirs to be equally divided. George and John to have their parts where they now live, and my son Willoughby to have his share where my now dwelling plantation is. If any of my sons die without issue, their parts to be equally divided betwixt the rest. In case any of my sons is minded to sell his part, he nor none of them shall sell to noe other person but to his brothers or brother who shall be willing to buy.
      My sons George and John have had a bed pott and pewter. Each of the rest of my sons have so much and what remaineth to be equally divided betwixt them.
      Thomas shall have a flock bed and my son Peter a flock bed and my sons William, James, and Willoughby shall have each a feather bed and furniture. Willoughby shall have the bed that I now lie upon with the green hangings and every one of my sons have what furniture belongeth to the beds. Whereas George and Peter have flock beds, I give them all my geese to be equally divided. What cattle and sheep I have will be equally divided among all my sons. What horses or mares there is to be equally divided. What household stuff to be equally divided among all my sons. What hogs I have shall be equally divided among my sons. What new goods is in my chest and trunk be equally divided between my sonns William, James, and Willoughby. What wearing clothes I have to my son Thomas. All my sons after my death shall all be free to work for themselves. My body to be decently buried by my sons George and John Harrison, who I make Executor.

      The Last Will and Testament of GEORGEHARRISON deced. was presented into Court by his Son, GEORGE HARRISON, who made Oath thereto. and being proved by the Oaths of ELIZABETH MORGAN and and FRANCES LANDMAN, two of the wittnesses thereto and is admitt to Record, and upon motion of GEORGE and his performing what is usuall in such cases, Certifycate is granted him for obtaining a Probat thereofin due form, and he is ordered to return an Inventory of the Testator's Estate to the next Court; It is alsoe orderedthat BENNEDICT MIDDLETON, JOHN HARTLEY, SAMUEL DAMONVEL and SAMUEL RUST or any three ofthem being first sworn before one ofher Majties Justices for this County doe some tyme before the next Court value and appraise the Estate and make report thereof to the next Court

      THIS INDENTURE made the second day of November in the twenty seventh year of the Reign of our Sovereign, Lord George the Second, by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland, King, Defender of the faith, &c., and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty three; Between JAMES LANE and ELIZABETH his Wife of the Parish of LUNNENBURG in County of RICHMOND of one part and SAMUEL HARRISON of Parish of Cople in County of Westmorland of other part; Witnesseth that JAMES LANE and ELIZABETH his Wife in consideration of sum of thirty seven pounds, ten shillings current money of Virginia in hand paid by SAMUEL HARRISON, the receipt whereof they do acknowledge, hath and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto SAMUEL HARRISON and his heirs all that parcel of land containing fifty five acres be the same more or less lying in Parish of Cople and County of Westmorland granted to GEORGE HARRISON by the Proprietors of the Northern Neck of Virginia by Paten bearing date (blank) and in the distribution of GEORGE HARRISON's lands after his decease fell by lot to JAMES HARRISON, Son of the abovesaid GEORGE and by him was conveyed to WILLIAM HARRISON and after the said WILLIAM's decease, fell and descended to ELIZABETH, the Daughter of said WILLIAM, now the Wife of JAMES LANE, who is one of the parties first mentioned in this Indenture and bounded; Begining at a markt. Oak corner tree to the land of SAMUEL HARRISON and extending along the line of DANIEL HARRISON South fifty degrees East twenty four pole to the land of Mr. JOHN CRUMP, deceased, thence along the said CRUMP's and CRAWLEY's land South forty degrees East one hundred fifteen pole to the land of JOHN ARMSTEAD to a marked red Oak, thence along the land of said ARMSTEAD North seventy three degrees West ninety three pole to the land of SAMUEL HARRISON and then along SAMUEL HARRISON's line North forty five degrees East one hundred fifteen poles to the place where it begun, together with all houses orchards commodities and appurtenances to the land and premises belonging; To have and to hold the fifty five acres of land and premises hereby granted and sold with their appurtenances unto SAMUEL HARRISON his heirs to be holden to the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the premises by the rents and services for the same due and of right accustomed to be paid, and JAMES LANE and ELIZABETH his Wife for themselves and their heirs do covenant and agree with SAMUEL HARRISON his heirs by these presents that the fifty five acres of land in this Deed conveyed shall be at all times hereafter free and clear from all incumbrances whatsoever; and that SAMUEL HARRISON his heirs at all times hereafter hold and possess the land with appurtenances without the disturbance of JAMES LANE and ELIZABETH his Wife their heirs; In 'Witness whereof- the parties first above mentioned have interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above mentioned
