-all the money owed to testatrix to be divided between them
4. Mary Watkins --daughter
-to have Negro man "Toby" and Negro man "Nacy" -to have all the rest and remainder of the estate -named executrix of the will

Samuel Watson recorded lease 23 November 1769, made same day between Robert Peter of Georgetown, for rents and considerations hereafter mentioned, tract called Friendship, 100 acres, for the term ofthree lives: life ofhim the said Samuel Watson, the life ofhis wife Sarah Watson, and the life ofhis son, Elkinah Watson, to pay yearly, 10 July, sum of 1000 pounds crop tobacco in one hogshead, at Rock Creek Warehouse.
