      To 2 granddaus. Sarah and Anne Bradley Hollydays daus, of my dau. Sarah and Dr. Leonard Holyday of Calvert Co,,, tract "Addition to Mooresfield" In Prince George's County adjoining "Four Hills" and "Berry's Fortune."
      To 2 daus, Elianor Tyler and Mary Bradley, extx., all of personal estate and tracts "Four Hills," part of "Bacon Hill."
      part of Samuel Bealls "Beginning Moor Craft" and "Moores LittleWorth," 450 acres, so that each get 225 acres.

      Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records 1780-1784; Liber FF 1 {Abstract by Mike Marshall}; Page 237. At the request of John Smith Brookes the following Deed was enrolled August 28, 1782
      Indenture made August 13, 1782; between Thomas Johns, Gentleman of Montgomery County, Maryland and John Smith Brookes , Gentleman of PGCo of the other part. Whereas Thomas Johns did heretofore agree to sell by letter bearing date November 1777 one half of a tract called by certificate of resurvey "Moorfields Enlarged" which the said tract was held by Thomas Johns and Sarah Johns his wife jointly in right of the said Sarah Johns with Ann Hollyday containing and resurveyed for 554 acres and which John Smith Brookes purchased the other half from Ann Hollyday {before her marriage to Walter Brooke Cox} but the said lands having been omitted to be conveyed in due form of law to the said John Smith Brookes during the life of the said Sarah Johns who is now lately deceased, and whereby Thomas Johns her husband lately having lawful issue by the said Sarah Johns is now become tenant by the courtesy of the said Sarah Johns and whereas Thomas Johns heretofore received the sum of money agreed on for the one half of the whole tract. Therefore Thomas Johns in consideration of 969 pounds 10 shillings currency paid by John Smith Brookes has sold the one undivided half of "Moorfields Enlarged". Signed Thomas Johns in the presence of B. Contee, Aquila Johns and acknowledged before Richard Thompson, George Beall (JP's of Montgomery County, Maryland)
      {Sarah Hollyday married Thomas Johns and died between the 1777 date of her fathers will and before August 13, 1782.}
