THIS INDENTURE made the twenty( ) day of ( ) 1700 Between HENRY NICHOLLS of the County of Middlesex of one part and MARVELL MOSELEY of County aforesaid Planter Wittnesseth that said Henry Nicholls for sum of Two thousand pounds of good Swt rented Tobacco & Caske hath granted unto Marvell Moseley his heirs about fifty acres of land being part of Five hundred acres to the said Henry Nicholls by his Father HENRY NICHOLLS situate being in County of Middlesex binding upon the main runn of the White Oake Swampe and upon the line of Marvell Moseleys land and joyning upon the land of THOMAS KIDD which said land

The Condition of this obligation is such that if Henry Nicholls or his heires truly perform all agreements mentioned in a Deed to be performed then this obligation to be voyd or else to stand
