      To Robert Beall (son of Allen Beall, my brother) tract conveyed to me by Zachariah White in Frederick County.
      To nephew: Samuel Beall, stock, watch and tortoise case,
      Residue of estate to be sold and money to be equally divided between brothers and sisters and the representatives of my deceased brother Allen Beall.

      Deed, recorded at the request of Alexander Beall and Robert Beall. Jan 27, 1745/46 from James Edmonston, Thomas Catterall, and Mary, his wife, of PG, to Alexander Beall and Robert Bealls, sons of James Beall and Mary Beall, of PG. Whereas sd James Edmonston, and James Beall of PG decd, had granted to them jointly, a tract of land called Batchelors Forrest, lying in PG, containing about 810 acres, and whereas sd James Beall, by his will, devise his part of the afd land, with other lands, to sd Mary, during her natural life, and after her death, to be equally divided between his children, and as the sd Thomas Catterall, by marrying sd Mary, widow and relict of sd James Beall, became seized with one moiety of the sd lands, and in consideration of the natural love which they, sd James Edmonston, Thomas Catterall, and Mary, his wife, have for the afd Alexander Beall and Robert Beall, give to sd Alexander Beall and Robert Beall, the eastern half of the afd tract of land called Batchelors Forrest, containing about 405 acres, in part for their part of the land devised by the sd James Beall.       This Indenture made this Nineteen Day of Janu.ry Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred Sixty and two Between James Beall of Fred.k County in the Province of Maryland of the one Part and Alexander Beall Robert Beall Archibald Beall Allen Beall Nathaniel Crafford and Rachel his Wife of the county aforesaid and Thomas Beall of Queen Anns County in the Province afores.d of the other Part Whereas James Beall late of Prince Georges County deceased Father of the aforesaid James Beall Alex.r Beall Robert Beall Arch.d Beall Allen Beall Thomas Beall and Rachel Crafford being seized in Fee of Sundry Tracts of Land did in and by his Last Will and Testament give bequeath and devise the said Lands and Premisses above mentioned unto the said James Beall Alex.r Beall Robert Beall Arch.d Beall Allen       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit

      On the 19.th day of Jan.ry one thousand seven hundred sixty and two came the within mentioned Alexander Beall Robert Beall Archibald Beall Allen Beall Thomas Beall & Nathaniel Crafford and Rachel his Wife Parties to the with Deed before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships the Lord Proprietary his Justices of the Peace for Frederick Coun & freely acknowledged the within Deed and Lands therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within mentioned James Beall his Heirs and Assigns forever at the same appeared Jane the Wife to the said Archibald Beall and Ann the Wife of the said Allen Beall and made the same acknowledgement to the said Deed and being privately examined out of the hearing of their Said Husbands declared that they made the said acknowledgement freely and willingly without being induced thereto by fear or threats of or Ill usage from their said Husbands or fear of their Displeasure Taken and acknowledged before us the Day
