      John Lovelace in Charles County, Inventory 3 Oct 1776 names John & Ignatius as sons.

      Charles County Land Records 1775-1782; Liber V#3; Page 446. Mar 28, 1780 from Ann Lovelace of Maryland, to Samuel Berry of Maryland, planter, for 1270 and for divers other good causes, the following tracts of land in CC, the one bounded by the south side of the Dresing Branch, William Wilson's land, containing 64 acres called Poor Mans Hope. Also another tract of land called Lovelaces Addition (except 39 acres that John Lovelace decd gave to his son, John Baptist Lovelace), bounded by Thomas Owens bound tree, containing 90 acres. And also the other tract of land called the Hickory Thickett, bounded by the south side of a Dresing Branch, containing 12 acres, Signed - Ann (II her mark) Lovelace. Wit - Dan Jenifer, W.H. Jenifer. Recorded Mar 28, 1780.
