      I, Edward Edelen Sr. of CC, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
      To wife Eleanor Edelen, 1/3 part of my estate real and personal. Also my carriage with horses.
      To infant daughter Sarah Edelen, all the residue of my estate real and personal.
      Item: should daughter Sarah Edelen die without issue;
      1) then the dwelling plantation whereon I now live to revert to my grandson James Stonestreet.
      2) to my grandson Edward Noble Stonestreet, the lot in Newport situated on the west side of the run occupied as a store and dwelling house;
      3) my other other lot in Newport occupied as a tavern, and 1 house opposite on the west side of the road of the tavern to revert to my two granddaughtes Eleanor Stonestreet and Catherine Stonestreet. Also part of tracts "St. Thomas", " Woods Addition" and "Hawkins Addition" containing 115 acres.
      4) The personal estate to be equally divided between the above named grandchildren.
