      The Justices here do describe the following main Roads, and do appoint the several persons hereafter named overseers of sd Roads for the ensuing year according to the several precincts and divisions following, viz -
      From Zachiah New Bridges up the Clay Bridge Road to the Coole Spring Road, and from that place down the Coole Spring Road to the borders of the County, from Zachiah New Bridges up Benedict Road 'til it intersects the Cool Spring Road, the road that strikes out of the Cool Spring Road by Richard Standforth's to the widow Gates', and the road from Benedict Town road to Capt. Davis'. Thomas Glaze, overseer.

      Thomas Glaz'd at suit Lord Proprietary. Brea pea. Convict on Submission.
      At last Jun CC Court, by the oath of 15 Jurors, namely Thos Matthews &c, was presented Thomas Glazd for a breach of the peace. And now here, the afd Thomas, in the custody of the Sheriff, Richard Tarvin, Gent, to the bar here brought, comes, and protesting to the Court here that he is in no wise guilty, yet for that he will not contend with the Proprietary in this part, he submits himself to the Court's Grace. Ordered that sd Thomas be fined 20 shillings. Upon which the sd Thomas, in Court here, paid the fine afd to the Sheriff afd, and thereupon, Fran's Montgomery of CC, planter, into Court here in his proper person came, and became Pledge and Security for the afd Thos: to pay the Court fees, & thereupon the sd Thomas is dismissed.
