Mary Snowden, the plantation and house that I now live in, with the lands belonging; likewise my plantation at the eastern branch called Black Walnut Leavell' with the additional pt. of the "Diamon," belonging to it; 5 slaves; all my English goods and all that I have coming from England; and the third pt. of what money I have in England to me; likewise a third pt. of my household furniture,
      To dau. Margaret Wright, the plantation that I bought of Thomas Brooks and land belonging; 13 slaves; furniture and the third pt. of money coming to me or I have in England and here in Maryland.
      To Thomas Rigby, son of Mary Rigby, my plantation upon Collington and all land thereunto belonging; several slaves; the third pt. of money I have in England and here in Maryland; stock, cattle and etc.
      Mary Rigby, mother of Thomas Rigby, shall live upon the plantation where she Is now settled, and if she marries, to give good security for his son's estate, which I have given him.
