8/12/1730: John Hopewell of CC, planter sold to John Theobolds furniture and cattle to indemnify Theobolds for his becoming special bail for Hopewell in an action brought against him by Robert Chrystie, now pending in CC court. (CC Liber M, #2).

According to Fresco and Mildred O'Brien, this Daniel Jenifer was married first to Elizabeth _____and had two daughters, both born in Calvert Co. One was Elizabeth, b. 11/4/1704 and the other was Mary, b. 8/16/1708. I just don't think they're the same girls above.
