      Benjamin Wood, by his petition to this Court, sets forth that he is seized of a tract of land, lying part in CC and part in St. Mary's County, called Rochester, the bounds being decayed and uncertain, desires the Justices here to grant him a Commission to prove the bounds of the sd land. Ordered that Commission issue, returnable here, to John Winter, John Chunn, George Hatton, & Andrew Chunn of CC, Gent, to examine witnesses touching the bounds of the sd land.
