      -her four sons are to have the sum of 50 pounds specie and to be paid into the hands of testatrix's friends and relations Jasper M. Jackson and John Jackson and to be laid out at their discretion for the education of the said four sons
      2, Alexander Jackson --brother
      -whereas Phillip was to have the remainder of the estate, that clause is revoked and Alexander to have the whole of the estate
      -the clause naming Phillip as executor is revoked and Alexander now sole executor of the will

      V:309-311. Joseph Magruder recorded deed of gift 11 May 1774 from Saml Magruder 3d, for natural love and affection for my son, grants part of tract called Hensley, adjacent on 12th line of Trouble Enough, 314 acres. Margaret, wife of Samuel Magruder 3d released dower rights.
