      Indenture made September 9, 1790; Whereas Enoch Magruder, Gentleman, deceased father of Eleanor Magruder, now Eleanor Burgess wife of John Magruder Burgess, by his last will and testament did bequeath to her in fee simple part of land being part of several tracts. Now this indenture witnesseth that John Magruder Burgess and Eleanor Burgess his wife in consideration of 5 pounds paid by Richard Stonestreet have sold the aforesaid lands containing 97 acres, beginning at the 3rd boundary of "Battersea" and bounded by Sarah Frasiers Spring Branch, the dividing line of the part of "Littleworth" heretofore the property of James Marshall, the first line of the part of "Littleworth" heretofore conveyed by Isaac Cecil to Butler Stonestreet.
