To have and to hold, from next Feb 1 and for the term of 15 years, paying to sd Mathew Smallwood on each Feb 1, 700 lbs of leaf tobacco. Signed - Smallwood Coghill. Wit - Jno Hawkins Jr*, Luke Marbury*. Sd Kezia Coghill relinquished her right of dower to the within mentioned land. Recorded Mar 6, 1744/45.

      At The Request of John Tolson the following Return was Recorded March 26th 1761
      Maryland Prince Georges County By virtue of an appointment of Nathaniel Magruder one of his Lordships Justices for the County aforesaid and In pursuance of an act of Assembly of said Province Relating to the Real Estates of Orphans We do hereby Certify that we have entered upon the lands and Plantations of the late Mr. Butler Stonestreet now in the possession of Mr. John Tolson in Be half of the orphans of said Stonestreet that is to say on Viewing the lands and plantations where the Said Stonestreet lately lived we find thereon three Clap Board Dwelling houses with Brick Chimneys & one Cellar one of which Chimneys are Ready to tumble down five small out houses two Tobacco houses one Dwelling house where is a Tenament adjoining to said Plantation and an orchard that Contains about one hundred and fifty Apple trees all which are in Pretty Good Repair and do Adjudge the said lands Plantation and Premises to be of the yearly value of Eight pounds Current money with the privilege of Clearing one acre of the wood Land Adjoining to the plantation yearly. We have also Entered the Land and Plantation Called Littleworth belonging to said Stonestreet pretty near the Lands of Plantation above mentioned & find thereon to be one new framed Tobacco House one small dwelling House with a Shed & Logg Shop most new and do adjudge the said Land Plantation & premises to be of the Yearly value of Three pounds ten Shillings Currt money with the privilege of Clearing two Acres of the wood land Yearly. We have also Entered on the Lands and plantation of the Aforesaid Stonestreeet near Piscataway Called Wades Adventure and find there on two small old Dwilling Houses very much out of Repair on
      e pretty Good Logg Corn House two tobacco houses one pretty Good and the other Irreparable and do adjudge the said Land Plantation & premisses to be of the yearly value of Six pounds Current Money with the privilege of Clearing half an Acre of the woodland Adjoining sd plantation yearly We have likewise Entered on the lands and plantation of the aforesaid Mr Stonestreet Near Piscataway Called Exeter and find thereon one small new Clapboard dwelling House one very old logg Corn house two pretty good Tobacco houses two very old Small out houses and orchard that Contains about Twenty Apple trees and do adjudge the Said land Plantation & premisses to be of the yearly value of Eight pounds Currt Money with the Yearly Privilege of Clearing one acre of the wood land Adjoining Said Plantation Given under our hand and Seals this 6th day of February.
