      -testator's landed property to be sold and the money from the sale to be applied to the maintenance of widow and testator's child and when the child comes of age, to have
      the balance and should the child die, or should wife not have a child, then she is to have the balance of the money from the safe of property
      -should the child die before corning of age, then to have 1/2. of the personal property and the other 1/2 to be divided between testator's brothers and sisters

      Indenture made August 16, 1788; Samuel Hawkins Beane {Bayne] , planter in consideration of 87 pounds 10 shillings and 2 pence current money of Maryland paid by Ebsworth Beane [Bayne] has sold Negroes Peter (30 years), Annie (19 years) and Mill (7 months); on condition nevertheless that if Samuel Hawkins Beane [Bayne] on or before August 16th next pay Ebsworth Bayne afoementioned sum of money with legal interest then this instrument of writing to be void. Signed Samuel Hawkins Bayne, Ebsworth [his mark 'III'] Beane [Bayne] in the presence of and acknowledged before T Marshall
