      I John Magruder do give unto my son Nathaniel Magruder all the goods that I may have in the store and all the store books debts notes bills bonds or other writings as also all inspected tobacco notes of what kind soever relating thereunto at the time of my decease for consideration of his the said Nathaniel Magruder's assistance in attending the store during my life and paying to his mother Susanna Magruder one third part of the aforesaid goods and debts as also one third part thereof to his 5 brothers and sisters, Nathan Magruder, Elizabeth Burgess, Zadock Magruder, Cassandra Magruder and Rebecca Magruder.
