      Know all men .. that We RICHARD TODD, THOS. PORTER & WILLIAM HAYDON are bound unto RICHARD FOOTE &, JAMES SEATON in sum of 500 pounds Sterling to be paid this IXth March Anno Domini 1735/6. The Condition is such whereas Richard Foote and James Seaton at the Special request of the above bounded Richard Todd for Todd's faithful administration of all goods and chatels Rights and credits of CHARLES ELLIOTT Deced and as his Securities bearing date the XIIth Novr 1734, acknowledged in County Court of Stafford stand jointly bound together with Richard Todd unto HENRY FITZHUGH Esqr. first Justice in the Commission of the Peace for County of Stafford, in sum of 500 pounds Sterling to be paid .. If Richard Todd do make a perfect Inventory of all goods .. of said Charles Elliott decad & do exhibit in County Court of Stafford and further do make true account and also truly pay all Legacies claimed in last Will and Testament of said Charles Ellitt .. and keep harmless said Richard Foote and James Seaton .. obligation to be void or remain in force ..
