(Maryland Calendar of Wills). === Charles County Land Record Book O#3, 1765-1770; Page 527. Aug 31, 1768 from Richard Boarman of St. Mary's County, Gentleman, to Mary Boarman, widow of George Boarman, of CC, for 254 £ a parcel of land in CC, it being part of several tracts, a part of Hard Shift, part of Boarmans Rest, a part of the Enlargement Amended, and all that tract called Boarmans Addition, which are bounded by Bowlings run, it being a dividing line between Leonard Boarman and the above Richard Boarman, binding with Leonard Boarman's land to the out line of hard Shrift, containing about 254 acres.
