GEORGE BRENT Atturney of JOHN RAYLEY in Maryland obtaind a Judgment of this Worshipful Court the 11th day of December last against DAVID DARNELL of this County for the sum of Twelve hundred eighty and seven pounds of Tobacco due to him in qualification afsd Vizt Four hundred due by Bill and Eight hundred eighty seven pounds of Tobacco by account which said Bill and account was fairly brought in and Exhibited to this Court by Capt. George Brent as afsd only that the said David Darnell prayed he might have Liberty granted to him till the next Court to produce receipts for the payment of the aforesaid Tobacco to the said John Rayley which accordingly was granted him .. and now forasmuch as the said David Darnell did by RICHARD GIBSON Atturney appear and produce receipts in Court against the aforesaid Bill of Four hundred pounds of Tobacco and a certificate attested under the hand of NEHEMIAH BLAGSTONE against the said Account of Eight hundred Eighty and seven pounds of Tobacco so that the said sums of Tobacco nor any part thereof appear to this Court to be justly due .. said David Darnell be fully and freely discharged from the aforesaid Debt .. said Capt.
