[This one is added mainly because Francis was Administrator and I believe that Philip Lynes was also in Prince George's County at this time. -- and John Clarke d1685 left land in both Charles and Prince George's County -- I believe just over the line from each other] {This record was found at the Archives in Annapolis from the Card file and these Test. Proc. are similar to Virginia Order Books. They read something like - the Inventory for the estate of Robert Clarke in the amount of ____ ___ was presented to the Court, with a copy of the Will attached, and ordered to be filed..

1705 Robert Clarke, of St Giles Cripplegate, late of Prince George's County, TP 19A fol 25, Francis Clarke, Administrator for Robert. Turns in Inventory of 154. 1. 11. Will TP 19a fol 117. [I believe this is Francis Clarke, son of John d1685.]

The last record above is apparently not pertinent to the case, I believe that showing Robert Clarke who, with his brother, John and Robert purchased land in 1662 and Robert sold it in 1688, we have the right Robert and the connection with Philip Lynes who also administered the Surveyors estate at the end also living in the same area.
