      Bequeaths to:
      1. William Bradley Beanes --son
      -to have all of testatrix's lands being parts or parcels of three tracts of land called "Brookeridge" "Beanes's Landing" and "Hale's Rest as expressed in a deed of conveyance from Colmore Beanes to testatrix-to have w/ reservation
      2, Millicent Beanes--daughter
      -to have the right of living in the chief dwelling house until her marriage and also to have the liberty for employing such slaves as she thinks proper on the lands devised to William
