      To Anna Howson, daughter of Capt. Leonard Howson (dec'd)- all my lands in Northumberland County, and if she should die without heir of her body lawfully begotten, to John Howson the son of John Howson, lately deceased.
      To Anna Howson-my mare and young horse.
      To Grant Cluesberry-my sword, belt, and silver headed cane, three acres of land for to live upon during his natural life, and the said three acres to be laid off next to Wattermans old field, with liberty of timber to build.
      To Ann Stowell-ten yards of serge, and nine ells of Dowlass.
      To Catherine Coleman-ten yards of serge, and nine ells of Dowlass.
      To Thos. Jasup, belonging to Anna Howson, a mullatto fellow-a gray drugget coat, a stript Holland vest and breeches, two fine shirts, a pair of Duroy breeches, and a pair of worsted stockins,
      To Richard Grant, a muliatto of Anna Howson's some wearing cloaths, a Kersie coat, a broad cloth vest, a jacket and breeches of plaids, a pair of blew broad. °loath breeches and three shirts, three pair of stockins, a pair old plain breeches, and a great coat.
      Godson Richard Reed-as much green flowered Callimanco as would make him a jacket and breeches with trimings fit for it, and two shirts.
      Rest of my estate to Anna Howson.
      Grant Cluesberry-shall live in my dwelling house until he can get one up on his own part of the land.

      To Gilbert Harrill, ye eldest son of Mary Gilbert-a good feather bed and feather bolster, a new Woolsett Spotted Rugg, pair of good blankets, pair of good sheets, a full half part of all my stock of cattle, two barrows of about two years old each, one young ewe, fifty yards of my best shifting linnen, two pewter dishes, four pewter basons, six pewter plates, six pewter spoons, one great iron pott and a pair of iron pott hooks, all my wearing cloaths both linnen and wollen with hat, shooes, and stockins, to be delivered to him at the age of twenty one years. He is to live with Ann Stowell, and she to learn him to read the Bible, and she to look after him in his minority.
      To Ann Stowell-my old mare with all her increase all my cyde casks, my cart and wheel, a new saddle and bridle, and thirte hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco
      Whereas I now have about seventeen shillings in money, John Butler to have five for making, my coffin. I have given my son George Kesterson one, and the other eleven to go to Ann Stowell.

      IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen I THOMAS WEBB being sick in body but in perfect memory thanks be to God, doe make this my Last Will and Testamt. in forme following hereby revoaking and making null and void all former Wills by me made. Imprs. I commend my Soule to Almighty God and my body to the Earth to
      he decently interred and my temporal! Estate I dispose of as followeth!
      Item I give and bequeath unto my Eldest Sonne, THOMAS WEBB, my Water Grist Mill with what lands belongs to me adjacent thereto scituate in the ILE of WEIGHT County on South side of JAMES RIVER, to hold to my said Sone, THOMAS, and his heires for ever,
      Item I give and bequeath unto my Youngest Sone. JOHN WEBB, my Plantacon whereon I now live together with all my land thereunto adjacent being about Two hundred acres to him my said Sone, JOHN. and his heires and assignes for ever;
      Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter, ELIZABETH WEBB, my Land which I have on the Branch of GREAT WICOCOMICO RIVER adjacent to the Land of DENISE CONAWAY, (being about one hundred and forty acres) to hold to my said Daughter and her heires and assignes for ever:
      item. All the residue of my Land (vizt) all the right property title or estate which have to two hundred eighty four acres of land formerly SIMON RICHARDSONs. decest , lying upon POTOMACK RIVER. in this County (devised under a certaine Provisoe to my Sone. THOMAS WEBB, by his deced., Grandfather (Mr JAMES AUSTEN), as alsoe three hundred acres of land in Lower SOMERSET County on the EASTERNE SHOARE in the Province of MARYLAND formerly JOHN BOWLERs land, I give and bequeath to him my said Sone. THOMAS, and his heires and assignes for ever; And it is my Will and desire that if my said Sone. THOMAS shall live to have the possession of the land now belonging to my Brother, JOHN WEBB, late the land of my Brother, FRANCIS WEBB, deced., from whom the said Land descended after the decease of my Brot: JOHN WEBB, to my said Sone, THOMAS. that my said Sone, THOMAS, make over one hundred acres part thereof to my Sone, JOHN WEBB. his heires and assignes for ever;
      Item If it should please God that my Sone, JOHN, should die before he attaineth the age of one and twenty yeares and without issue of his body begotten, then it is my will and desire that my Daughter. ELIZABETH WEBB. shall have the Land above to him bequeathed to her and her heirs & assignes for ever, And in case my said Daughter, ELIZABETH WEBB, should die before shee attaineth the age of one and twenty yeares & without issue as abovesd., then it is my will that what I have above to her bequeathed shall come and belong to my said Sone, JOHN WEBB. & his heires and assignes for ever:
      Item. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter, ELIZABETH WEBB, my best feather bedd and furniture (vizt ) the sad coloured curtaines and valence, best rugg, a pair of blanketts, two pair of sheets and the said bedd bolster and two pillowes;
      Item. I give to my said Daughter, one Gold Ring with a Stone in itt and my Negro woman named Rose,
      Item. 1 give and bequeath unto my Son. THOMAS WEBB, my Negro man called Jemmy and to my Son. JOHN, my Negro man called JACK KNOBBS, and to each of my said two Sones one Gold hoop Ring and one feather bedd a peece with equall furniture ( that is to say) with rugg, bolster, pillowes, blanketts & sheets as above menconed to my Daughter & my greene curtaines & valence to THOMAS: & striped Curtaines & vallence to JOHN WEBB,
      Item I give to my said Daughter. one Mare filly
      Item. I give to each of my said Sones & my said Daughter. one flock bed wth equall furniture
      Item. I give and bequeath unto my Wife, ANNE WEBB, whatsoever shee brought with her or did in anywise belong unto her before or marriage or could lay claime unto, and my young paising Horse,
      Item All the rest & residue of my personal! Estate of what nature soever I give and bequeath equally to he divided betweene and among my said Children, shre and share alike
      Item. It is my will and desire that all the profitts ariseing from my MILL aforemenconed & the produce of my Cropps to be made on the Plantacon whereon I now live (where I desire my said Wife. Children & servants shall remaine) and all other profitts ariseing out of any parte of my Estate he employed for the advantage & benefitt of all my Children towards their support relatonarye Edcuation and other benefitts as farr forth as the same shall extend and until my Sone. THOMAS WEBB, shall attaine the age of Eighteene yeares, att which time it is my desire that each of my said Children shall alsue together with said THOMAS. receive their proportions or proporconable part of my Estate above bequeathed & if either of my Children dies before its part to come to the Survivors equally to be devided betweene them
      Item It is my will and desire that my Friend. RICHARD WRIGHT, and my Nephew, THOMAS HOBSON. Oversee and look after my Estate and Children & have the tutele of them and managemt. thereof untill my said Sone, THOMAS, Shall attaine to Eighteene yeares of age as aforesd.. and desire the said RICHARD WRIGHT (if he thinks fil(, & it will suit his convenien cy) to live upon the said Plantacon until my said Sone attaines to the age abo-vesd
      Lastly. I doe nominate and appoint my Son, THOMAS WEBB, to he my sole Exer, of this my Last Will Testamt and in Testimony that this is my Last Will and Testamt I've hereunto sett my hand and seale this 11th day of September 1702, Signed Sealed and published to be the Last Will and
