Land is taken out of a Pattent of Three hundred acres wth: all priviledges appertaining or belonging unto the said Land as is expressed in the Pattent from me the sd. BARDON my heires & assignes unto the said JNO: BRADLEY his heires & assignes for ever & I the said BARDON doe firmly by these p:sents engage my selfe my heires to warrant the Sale of the sd.
