KNOWE ALL MEN by these pr:sents that I JNO: BARDON of the County of Northumberland for a valuable consideracon in hand received have sold unto JOHN BRADLEY One hundred & fifty acres of Land adjoyning unto RADFORDS NECK wch: sd. Land is taken out of a Pattent of Three hundred acres wth: all priviledges appertaining or belonging unto the said Land as is expressed in the Pattent from me the sd. BARDON my heires & assignes unto the said JNO: BRADLEY his heires & assignes for ever & I the said BARDON doe firmly by these p:sents engage my selfe my heires to warrant the Sale of the sd. Land from all p:sons that shall claime title or interest in the sd. Land as Wittnessmy hand this 21th of November 1657

- It appeareing unto this Cort: by the testimony of JOHN and ANNE TAYLOR, that FRAUNCES BARDON (nowe lately deced,) did desire that her Sonne, JNO. BRADLEY, might have the tuicon of her 2 little boyes being owne Brothers to the sd. JNO BRADLEY. Upon his Peticon, it is ordered that the sd, JNO: BRADLEY shall have the tuicon of his sd. Brothers, SAMUELL and RICHARD BRADLEY. and bee their Gaurdian & alsoe to take their Estate into his hands in whose custody soever it be found & to take care for p:formance of the same, & it is alsoe ordered that the sd. JNO BRADLEY forthwth: put in security to the Cort: for their sd. Estates and to give an Accompt yearely of the same according to Act.

JOHNS CREEKE beginning upon GREAT WICOCOMICOE RIVER and runninge Northerly into the Woods for length, this Land being in a Pattent wch: is betweene us, ye said JOHN BRADLEY and HENRY BRADLEY, this said Land I doe firmely sett over wth. all my right for ever unto my abovesaid Brother, SAMUELL BRADLEY, he peaceably & quietly to enjoy it to him his heires or assignes for ever without any trouble, as Witness my hand this 30th of Novembr: 1668
