Sep 10, 1778 from John Belt of M, planter, to Joshua Jordan (Joardain) of M, heir at law to John Jordan, late of Frederick County, decd, for 50 £to sd Belt in hand paid by the decd John Jordan afd, herein confirmed to sd Joshua Jordan, is all that tract of land called the Square, standing on the east side of a branch of Bennetts Cr that heads near the Road commonly called Aldridges Road, containing and laid out for about 50 acres, and also another parcel of land, being part of a tract of land called MoneysWorth, containing about 50 acres, both of which tracts of land formerly lay in Frederick County, but now in M, and containing, together, about 100 acres.
